I maintain the enterprise iOS app MTA conductors use for onboard ticket sales and day-of operations. Day to day I ship Swift and Objective-C in a UIKit codebase: production defects, Core Data sync, Bluetooth printers, payment readers, and barcode sleds. I also own the release path. I set up and run GitHub Actions + Fastlane so a merge produces a signed build on TestFlight, with certificates and App Store Connect keys kept in GitHub Secrets. When a field device fails, I reproduce it, fix it, and get a test build back to conductors without a manual IPA upload. That is the same pipeline I install for clients: merge to main, build lands in TestFlight, you keep every Apple credential.
