I am a Brazilian attorney specialized in Intellectual Property and Digital Law, currently practicing civil litigation at a boutique IP law firm in São Paulo, where I work on disputes involving patents, trademarks, copyright, technology, and data protection. My responsibilities include drafting medium- to high-complexity procedural filings, delivering oral presentations in strategic case discussions, preparing client communications and reports, and supervising legal interns. I've worked on data protection advisory matters, including privacy policy drafting, trademark registration filings with the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI), and copyright certification proceedings before ANCINE, as well as on civil litigation at the intersection of consumer law and intellectual property, and on corporate and real estate litigation involving bankruptcy, corporate dissolution, and tax enforcement. I hold a law degree from the Federal University of São Paulo and am admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). I also completed specialized coursework through the University of Pennsylvania (Intellectual Property Law and Policy) and WIPO (Trademarks, Industrial Designs, and Geographical Indications).

I have 15 years of experience with the English language, built through a structured, long-term learning path and reinforced by real-world use. In this context, I was granted the Cambridge English: Flyers Certificate (2015) -the highest level of the Cambridge Young Learners English qualifications. Despite alrealdy working as a freelance translator, I continued my studies with Conversational English Course for Adults at Berlitz (2016–2017) and the Post-Advanced Proficiency Course at Cultura Inglesa (2019–2020), reaching a C2 (Advanced) proficiency level. Beyond formal instruction, I gained practical translation and interpretation experience in 2019 as a host family volunteer for a group of Polish international exchange students in Brazil, serving as their translator and interpreter throughout their stay. More recently, I completed a Business Writing Improvement Course (2025), a six-month program focused on formal written communication, business and legal drafting, and strategies for persuasion and conciseness in writing. This linguistic foundation has been directly applied in my legal career, where I regularly draft, review, and translate legal and business documents between Portuguese and English, ensuring precision and contextual accuracy in both directions.
