Laura REALLY is a cut above the rest. There is a reason why she can charge what she does as you are getting a level of quality that, frankly I can't see you getting anywhere else! Quick, Professional, and so on the ball; As a UK customer I thought there might be a cultural issue but she gets it, regardless of where you are from. Exceptional.
