Chi sono
Hi, I'm Lea Jason a Shopify specialist who helps brands turn half-built stores into ones that actually sell. I handle store setup, product uploads, design tweaks, and full ecommerce website builds, with attention to detail most people skip. As an executive VA, I also take admin off your plate so you can focus on growing the business, not managing it. I've worked with startups and established sellers who wanted stores that look premium and run smoothly. No copy-pasted templates, no shortcuts just clean work, clear communication, and deadlines I actually meet. Let's talk about your project.... Continua a leggere

Shopify Store Designer & Ecommerce Website Developer

Built and redesigned Shopify stores for small businesses, startups, and independent sellers looking to launch or refresh their online presence. Work started with understanding the client's brand, their products, and who they were actually selling to, then translating that into a layout that felt intentional rather than templated. This covered everything from homepage structure and collection pages to product page design, navigation flow, and mobile responsiveness, since most traffic for these stores came from phones. A major focus was checkout flow and page speed, since both directly affect conversion. I regularly audited stores for unnecessary apps slowing things down, cleaned up bloated code, and simplified the path from product page to purchase. I also customized themes using Liquid, CSS, and basic JavaScript when off-the-shelf templates couldn't achieve what the client wanted, and integrated apps for reviews, upsells, email capture, and inventory syncing. Clients were often coming in with a rough idea, a logo, and not much else, so part of the job was asking the right questions upfront to avoid rebuilding things later. I stayed involved through launch and shortly after, checking analytics and making small adjustments based on real user behavior rather than guesswork. The end result, every time, was a store that looked professional, loaded fast, and made it easy for customers to actually complete a purchase, without the friction that usually costs a sale.

Shopify Executive Virtual Assistant

Managed the day-to-day operations for multiple Shopify store owners across different niches, stepping in wherever the business needed extra hands. This meant handling product uploads and variant setup, keeping inventory accurate across collections, processing and tracking orders, and staying on top of customer inquiries so nothing slipped through the cracks. A big part of the role was taking admin-heavy tasks completely off the client's plate managing inboxes, responding to support tickets, coordinating with suppliers on stock and shipping timelines, and organizing product data so the storefront always looked clean and current. Beyond the daily tasks, I regularly tracked store performance metrics like conversion rate, abandoned cart trends, and best-selling products, then flagged patterns clients could act on to improve sales. I also helped troubleshoot when apps conflicted or pages broke, tested checkout flow after updates, and coordinated with designers or developers when bigger fixes were needed. Store owners I worked with ranged from people just launching their first store to established sellers managing hundreds of SKUs, so I got comfortable adapting quickly to different workflows and communication styles. The goal was always the same: free up the owner's time so they could focus on growth and big-picture decisions, while I handled the operational grind that keeps a Shopify store running smoothly behind the scenes, day in and day out.
