I will write quality manual for your management system

I will write a complete Quality Management System manual according to ISO 9001:2015 or the latest version. The manual will contain title page, table of contents, main body with maximum of 5 illustrations, flowcharts and diagrams. Format of top and bottom headers for each page will be according to customary and acceptable industry practice. But can also be customized according to your requirement. The final manual will be in portable document format (pdf) which can be converted to MS Word.

Note:

The following must be provided prior to commencing the job:

1. Nature of organization's product or services. Please provide as much details as permitted by your organization. Provide supporting documents titles and control numbers.
2. Name of Organization and contact details required to appear in the manual.
3. Name of owners and their respective sections for the distribution list
4. Other details as may be required to appear in the manual.

The document can also be made editable so you can input numbers 2-4 yourself. Supporting documents like procedure manuals and records are not included but their titles and references will appear in the manual.
