Here, I have mentioned single sheet means, the drafting work load, on 1:200, max. scale on A1 size of drawing area. Further, The prices are given for the single sheet is, the work load are fitting to max. scale 1:200, on 841 x 594 mm area only. But, we have to be flexible to tolerate this +10% to -10% only.
I can submit, pdf files for the preliminary drawings. End of the project, I will submit with CAD dwg. files.
Revisions will be done For 02 times, before submitting the CAD Files.
The communication is the very important while doing this, so I request to make an arrangement to suit.

Yes, It won't be a problem, I worked as a rebar detailer in Canadian rebar detailing company for 19+ Years.
Can you prepare Structural steel detailing drawings?
Yes, But I need correct enlarged details as a sketch. All bolt sizes, Plate sizes, cutting edge dimensions, fixing details will be needed.
Can you prepare Architectural layouts ?
Yes, of course.
How about the knowledge of Water supply & Plumbing drawings ?
I have a good knowledge of it. Because I have detailed very big treatment plants for the USA & Canada. But, all the necessary details needed as sketches. Please refer my personal google site.
Do you have experience in road sector ?
No, Not much.
Do you have experience about Bridges ?
Yes, Of course, I have rebar detailed some bridges in USA & Canada. As a example, Maryland bridge expansion project, USA.
Did you detailed post tension buildings, like parking garages ?
Yes, I have more experience about post tensioning. I have detailed Most bigger parking garage in Greater Toronto Airport, (GTAA) It used 6000 tons of steel & Facilitate for 6000 cars.
How about the knowledge about air ports.
I have excellent knowledge for rebar detailing for Air ports. As a example, I handled the rebar detailing for Dulles air port-west expansion B, in USA.
Any Hydro power projects you have done ?
Yes, few projects done. One is Snoqualmie expansion consulted by Puget sound & energy.
