I built and run teas.co.uk, a WooCommerce shop with over 1,000 products. One shared product data layer feeds prices, stock, ingredients, images and recipes to shoppers and AI agents from the same facts. I built its MCP server (18 tools, OAuth 2.1 sign in), so people can search, compare and check out from inside ChatGPT, Claude and Grok. The shop also publishes REST APIs, JSON, Markdown and structured data, and successful machine reads rose 132% from one fortnight to the next (10,522 to 24,462). I also run the buying, pricing, stock, fulfilment and customer service, so every tool I build is tested on a real shop with real orders.
