Informazioni su questo servizio
Organize your uncategorized business transactions in QuickBooks Online so your income and expenses are easier to review.
I will review the transactions within your selected scope and assign them to the most appropriate existing accounts based on the information available in your books and the guidance you provide.
This service includes:
- Categorizing income and expense transactions
- Reviewing payees and transaction descriptions
- Applying your existing chart of accounts consistently
- Flagging unclear transactions for your confirmation
- Providing a brief summary of completed work
Choose a package based on your transaction volume and number of accounts. Please ensure your QuickBooks Online file is accessible and that you can clarify unfamiliar transactions when needed.
This is a transaction-categorization service, not bank reconciliation, tax advice, or a substitute for review by your accountant. If you need historical cleanup or reconciliation, message me before ordering so we can confirm the scope.
Ready to organize your transactions? Select the package that fits your records and send the required details to get started.
I servizi non sono controllati

FAQ
Do you reconcile my bank account?
No. Bank and credit-card reconciliation are not included. This gig focuses on categorizing transactions already present in QuickBooks Online.
What do you need before starting?
Please provide secure access through an appropriate QuickBooks user invitation, the relevant date range, and your categorization rules. Never send your password.
Can you create new expense categories?
The package uses your existing chart of accounts. Creating or restructuring accounts is separate work that must be agreed upon before ordering.
What happens if a transaction is unclear?
I will flag it and request clarification rather than guess. Please be available to answer questions during the order.
Can you categorize more transactions?
Yes, subject to the volume and condition of your records. Contact me before ordering so we can agree on scope, price, and delivery time.
Do you prepare taxes or financial statements?
No. This gig does not include tax preparation, tax advice, or formal financial statement preparation.
What does a revision cover?
A revision covers corrections within the original agreed scope. Additional transactions or expanded work require a separate agreement.
