How long does malware removal take?
Most sites are clean within 24 to 48 hours. Heavily infected sites can take a little longer and I will keep you updated.
Will my website content be safe?
Yes. I take a full backup first and remove only malicious code. Your posts, pages, products and settings stay intact.
Can you remove the Google blacklist warning?
Yes. After cleaning I submit a review request in Google Search Console. Google usually clears it within 1 to 3 days.
What access do you need?
Hosting control panel or FTP access and WordPress admin login. Please change your passwords after delivery.
What if my site gets hacked again?
I close the vulnerability that was used. The Premium package includes 30 days of free re-cleaning if the malware returns.
