I have worked with this vendor before and had a great experience. This time was very different. The lack of effort and creativity was surprising and disappointing. I had asked 2 questions and never got a response. We went through multiple revisions because no one paid any attention to detail. It felt as if they were too busy to care.

Great work again and i'm really pleased with the final result. It takes quite a while with the back and forth as not always all revisions are understood correctly but the final result is always very good.
