Develop and maintain web-based systems used for managing civil registry records. I build and improve features based on actual business processes, helping move manual and legacy workflows into more accessible and efficient web applications. My work includes developing custom web features, managing databases, improving system performance, fixing bugs, and maintaining existing applications. I also provide technical support for computers, printers, and network connectivity when needed. One of my key projects involved helping convert a legacy Microsoft Access-based records system into a modern web-based platform, making it easier for multiple users to access, manage, and update records. I focus on building reliable, user-friendly systems that are practical for the people who use them every day.
