I worked with a company called nestTube, which in need of a YouTube channel manager to handle their content ideation, create strategies, and help them growth, monetize and scale their channels. I joined them to take on this role, focusing on developing content plans, researching topics, and optimizing their channels for growth. Through my work, their channels became successful and even went viral, gaining significant traction and engagement. I provided in-depth services, covering every aspect of channel management. This included brainstorming video ideas, planning content strategies, guiding their video production process, overseeing thumbnails and titles, and managing uploads. My involvement helped nestTube not only run their own channels effectively but also offer services to their clients, using the systems and strategies I implemented. In this role, I handle all the issues that arise on their channels, advise on content and growth strategies, and provide ongoing support to ensure consistent performance and engagement. I work closely with their team to make sure each channel maintains quality, relevance, and growth momentum.
