I am a Social Work–educated, faith-based wellness practitioner offering non-clinical emotional support and family guidance. I provide a safe, compassionate space for individuals and families navigating stress, life transitions, burnout, parenting challenges, or emotional overwhelm. My approach is holistic, ethical, and grounded in faith, focusing on encouragement, clarity, and practical support.
