As Clinic and Shelter Manager for WVS Cambodia (World Veterinary Service Cambodia), I was responsible for overseeing operations across clinic, shelter, and community outreach programmes within a fast-paced animal welfare organisation in a third-world country. My responsibilities included food styling for on-camera presentation, ingredient and prop sourcing, kitchen and shoot coordination, managing contestants (chefs and cooks) and supporting production workflows to ensure consistency and visual quality across filming. Working in fast-paced television environments required strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to execute under strict time constraints while maintaining high presentation standards. I also worked closely with producers, chefs, and crew to ensure that recipes translated clearly on screen and aligned with the creative direction of each show. This experience strengthened my ability to communicate food processes clearly, structure information for visual and instructional formats, and deliver content that performs effectively across media platforms.
