I provided overall oversight, leadership and management of IRS activities at the operations site. I was responsible for overseeing all administrative operations at the operations site. Provided oversight on equipment management and inventory control activities at the site while ensuring no shortages of IRS commodities. Worked closely with the Sub-county Coordinator and Environmental compliance specialist in strengthening environmental compliance during IRS campaign. I supervised all the spray teams throughout the spray campaign. Ensured all site based personnel time sheets were signed and updated accurately. Achievements. High increased acceptance in villages that had initial refusals during previous campaigns. Wide coverage through proper planning even during the challenging rainy season.
