Peptide Sciences needed a more organized and professional e-commerce experience that could make a large range of research products easier to browse. Their product information, categories, and store experience needed a cleaner structure, especially for visitors browsing from mobile devices, while the website also needed stronger trust and information sections. I redesigned and developed the website using WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, and SEO tools, creating a cleaner product structure and responsive layout. I organized product categories and variations, improved product pages, set up WooCommerce functionality, added FAQ and information sections, integrated payment functionality, and structured important disclaimer and age-verification elements. I also optimized the site layout for mobile and improved the overall navigation so visitors could move through the store more easily. The finished website provided a cleaner shopping experience with better-organized products, easier navigation, and a more professional presentation across desktop and mobile. Jared Combs came to me with a complex idea: an optical illusion built from thousands of colored dots that concealed a readable word inside, similar to an Ishihara color blindness test. He did not want a simple graphic template. He wanted a handcrafted piece that matched the exact vision in his head and gave viewers a genuine double-take moment the first time they saw it. I worked through multiple rounds of revisions in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, carefully balancing dot density, color relationships, and hidden typography so the message revealed itself naturally without breaking the overall composition. I applied vector illustration techniques, color theory, and optical illusion principles to keep the piece clean and high resolution at any size, whether it ended up printed large on a wall, small on a shirt, or displayed on a screen for digital use. The final artwork captured exactly what Jared had pictured in his mind. It works across branding, exhibitions, merchandise, and digital media, and gives people a real reason to look twice and share it with others. Jared said the process felt collaborative every step of the way, and he was especially happy with how fast the final piece came together without losing any quality along the way.
