I run a read-only preflight check of one CSV against one target template and send you a report of what needs fixing.
WHAT YOU GET
- A JSON report plus a plain-language summary of every exception
- Header check: which columns exactly match the target template, and which are missing or unknown
- Required-field blanks and duplicate-key flags for the fields we agree on
- For Shopify product CSVs (create mode): checks against the current Shopify product template. Product, variant and image rows are kept intact
- Formula-like cells and outer spaces are flagged for review
WHAT I DO NOT DO
- I do not edit, delete, sort or re-order your rows. Your original file is returned unchanged
- No fuzzy column matching. Any rename or transformation needs your approval
- No live import, store login or account access
- I cannot guarantee that Shopify or any platform will accept the file. Store-specific items (taxonomy, metafields, existing IDs, image URLs) are listed as "unverified"
- Shopify update/overwrite checks are a separate scope; ask first

FAQ
What do I need to send?
Your source CSV (UTF-8, comma), the exact target template or header row, whether you are creating or updating products, and which fields are required and which column is the key.
Will you fix my file?
This gig is a diagnosis. You get a list of exceptions and an exact-header mapping guide; your original stays unchanged. If you want the cleanup done, we can agree that as a separate order.
Does passing your check mean Shopify will accept my file?
No. It means the checks we agreed passed. Store-specific settings, taxonomy, metafields and image links are not verified.
Do you log into my store?
No. I never ask for logins, and I make no live changes.
Do you use AI?
The checks are made by a tested script. AI may help draft the plain-language summary only if you allow it. Your data is not uploaded to third-party tools without your permission.
What is a revision?
A correction within the same file, template and rules. New files, more rows or new rules need a new scope.
