Nelle mie sessioni, mi concentro sull'insegnamento dei dettagli chiave per creare una solida base su cui costruire tutti i tuoi colloqui. Il mio obiettivo non è solo aiutarti con il tuo prossimo colloquio, ma insegnarti competenze chiave che possono aiutarti con tutti i colloqui per il resto della tua vita.
Offro feedback e suggerimenti concisi e personali per aiutarti a creare un'ottima prima impressione e a distinguerti dalla concorrenza.
Le sessioni esamineranno ogni piccolo dettaglio (introduzione, struttura delle risposte, contenuto delle risposte, su cosa si concentrano gli intervistatori, preparazione/networking pre-intervista, domande da porre, linguaggio del corpo, ecc.). Poi mi concentro sul colloquio simulato/esercizi. Ogni cliente è diverso e unico, quindi creo esercizi specifici per aiutarli al meglio nelle aree in cui vorrebbero migliorare.
Tutte le sessioni vengono registrate e ai clienti verrà fornito un programma per aiutare a guidare la conversazione, rendendo più facile per loro concentrarsi sui concetti, fare domande e imparare. Le sessioni sono orientate ad aiutare i clienti perché capisco che queste interviste possono cambiare le loro vite.

Di sicuro. Il colloquio può essere stressante e snervante per alcuni, tuttavia, adeguo ciò che condivido in modo che aiuti personalmente te e la tua situazione. Durante i miei precedenti seminari di interviste, ho avuto studenti di ogni estrazione. La chiave è essere te stesso e da lì costruiremo.
Quanto è importante costruire relazioni e in che modo questo mi aiuterà?
La costruzione di relazioni è la parte più importante dei tre servizi che offro. Il 90% delle opportunità che ho ricevuto deriva dalla costruzione di relazioni. Condividerò come puoi creare e trovare le tue opportunità semplicemente costruendo relazioni efficaci e chiunque può farle.
Ma sono timida e nervosa...
Ho dovuto lavorare molto duramente per crescere, a scuola e per tutta la carriera. Non sono "nato con talento" e non avevo tutte le risorse intorno a me. Con l'aiuto dei miei mentori, sono stato in grado di apprendere competenze che hanno aiutato la mia carriera. In qualità di mentore per molti, condivido questa conoscenza e ti guido.
