I will put you through a mock audition so you know exactly how you come across.

You have done the work. You have the portfolio, the project, the vision. But when you walk into that grant panel, residency interview, or funding pitch something goes wrong.

I will play the panel. I will ask the uncomfortable questions.


From a director's perspective, not a coach's script. I have thirty years in theatre, cultural production, and institutional communications.


What happens in a session? We warm up, I understand your context, then I step into the role of the panel. I push back and create the pressure of a real room.


Why a director? I give you direct feedback on what happens when you speak and what impression you make on the room.
