Louiz is quite capable and very receptive to design feedback. We got off to a slow start but found a better rhythm to move things to complete to my satisfaction by the end of the project.

I believe Louiz took on a project that was too complex. I am embarrassed to say and I stupidly allowed Louiz to convince me to approve the project prior to it actually being completed. Louiz was late already and only completed one page. Til this day, it's not completed. Louiz stated that my approval...
