Do I need to have Agentforce enabled in my Salesforce org?
Yes. Agentforce needs to be enabled in your org (available on supported editions). If you're not sure, message me and I'll help you check before you order.
Will you use custom code (Apex) or only declarative tools?
I follow a clicks-not-code approach and build with Flows and configuration whenever possible. I only escalate to Apex or LWC when your use case truly requires it, keeping your org clean and maintainable.
Can you connect the agent to my existing CRM data?
Absolutely. I connect agents to your records and fields through Flows and Prompt Builder, and I can also bring in Data Cloud data so the agent responds with real, relevant information.
