AI Automation, CRM Systems for Small Businesses

Chi sono
I help small businesses stop losing leads and stop doing the same admin by hand. I ran two salons for 20 years, so I know what it's like to do the admin at night. Now I build the systems I wish I'd had: CRMs that keep every lead in one place, follow-ups that go out on time, and AI chatbots that answer customers. I work with Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel, and write custom code when a tool can't do the job. Tell me what's eating your time and I'll tell you straight what I'd fix first.

Built the tech behind my coaching business myself: a free online diagnostic, a booking page with a custom API, online payments and GoHighLevel confirmation emails.

Built and run NamedFirst, which measures how often AI assistants like ChatGPT recommend a salon. I wrote the whole product myself: the scanning engine, reports, payments and email follow-up, running on Cloudflare.
