Just chose how the notification should look like and when should they be sent to your server :)
What you will get?
1. If you chose to host the app yourself: I'll send you executable files and HOW TO guide so you can run the app on your own computer or any hosting service you want.
* The hooks will be sent to your discord server only if the app is running & if there is a stable internet connection in your PC/hosting service
