Worked as an online ESL tutor on Preply, providing personalised one-to-one English lessons to international learners with different proficiency levels, backgrounds and learning objectives. Planned and delivered structured lessons based on each learner's individual needs, goals and areas for improvement. Lessons were adapted according to learners' proficiency levels and could focus on conversational English, speaking fluency, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening comprehension, reading, writing and practical communication. Explained grammar and language concepts clearly and adjusted explanations and activities when learners experienced difficulties. Supported learners with a variety of personal and professional English goals, including improving everyday communication, developing speaking confidence, preparing for work-related situations, expanding vocabulary and strengthening overall English proficiency. Maintained a learner-centred approach by adapting lesson pace, content and teaching methods according to individual progress and preferences. Built positive professional relationships with learners and encouraged consistent participation and continued language development.
