FAQ
How do you connect to my computer? Is it safe?
Yes, it is 100% safe. I use standard remote desktop software like AnyDesk, RustDesk or TeamViewer. You simply download it, give me the temporary ID, and you can watch my every move on your screen. You can disconnect me at any second.
What happens if you cannot fix my problem?
f the issue turns out to be hardware damage that cannot be fixed remotely, or if I simply cannot resolve the software bug, I will cancel the order and you will get a full refund.
Do I need to sit in front of the PC while you work?
It is best if you are nearby. I might need you to type in your admin password, restart the computer, or test the software once I finish the installation.
