I started my career in UI/UX as a Lead Designer. In this position, I was responsible for managing design projects and leading a team of designers to create user focused solutions. I oversaw and reviewed design work to ensure it was consistent, easy to use, and met project objectives. I also mentored team members to maintain high design quality. I have experience designing mobile and web applications from the ground up, and also improving existing products by enhancing their user interface and overall user experience. My goal is to create interfaces that are easy to use, look good, and effectively solve user problems. I have a lot of experience managing several projects at the same time, and I always make sure they are finished on time and to a high standard. Working with strict deadlines has helped me become very organized and good at solving problems, so I can prioritize tasks well and keep projects moving forward. In addition to managing project execution, I provided strategic direction by developing clear and actionable project roadmaps. These roadmaps included sitemaps, user flows, and structured design approaches to guide the entire product development process. My collaborative work style fostered significant growth in my teamwork, communication, and leadership skills, enabling me to ensure that every project I undertake is both user focused and result driven.
