A: I can track any type of form, including, but not limited to, Custom Forms, Contact Form 7, Calendly, iframe, WP Form, Typeform, Jot Form, Hubspot form, Gravity Form, jet form, Elementor Form, Ajax Form, acuity schedule, and Newsletter signups.
Q: What access do I need to provide for you to start working?
A: You'll need to provide access to Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Form (If it's on third-party) your website's backend, and (Google & Facebook) Ads account if applicable, its depends on you.
Q: How do I give you all the necessary access?
A: After purchasing my service, I'll share my developer email address and send you detailed instructions and guidelines on the order page. We can arrange a Zoom call to facilitate the process if there's any difficulty.
Q: What if I encounter issues sharing access?
A: No problem, we can conduct a remote session through screen-sharing on Zoom or Google Meet, though please note this doesn’t need any additional charge.
Q: Can you enable the data layer on my site?
A: Yes, I can enable the data layer for your advanced tracking needs. It's available only in my “Custom” Package.
Q: Are you able to fix any issues?
A: Yes, I will be able to fix or optimize any issues on your tracking, but an additional charge will be added to the order.
Q: How many revisions do I get after the work is completed?
A: You're entitled to unlimited revisions within 15 days post-delivery. After this period, additional charges will apply for each consultation or fix.
Q: Can you track user data and specific interactions like button clicks or form submissions?
A: Absolutely, I can track a wide range of user interactions including newsletter signups, email links, phone calls, button clicks, and various form submissions like custom forms, lead forms, and even Calendly schedule tracking using Google Tag Manager.
