1. What file formats do you accept?
I accept XLSX, XLS, and CSV files. If your data is in Google Sheets, please send an exported Excel or CSV copy.
2. What does one item mean?
One item means one input row or record before cleanup. Header rows are not counted.
3. How do you identify duplicates?
I can remove exact duplicate rows or use an agreed column such as email, customer ID, SKU, or another unique field. Please tell me which criterion you prefer.
4. What is included in data correction?
Data correction includes clear internal inconsistencies such as date formats, capitalization, spacing, number formats, and obvious text errors. It does not include external research or factual verification.
5. Will you change or overwrite my original file?
No. I work on a copy and return a cleaned editable file. I preserve the original data whenever possible and clearly flag uncertain fields instead of guessing.
6. Should I contact you before ordering?
Please contact me first if your file contains formulas, macros, merged cells, multiple tables, complex duplicate rules, or more rows than the selected package includes.
7. What is not included in this Gig?
This Gig does not include dashboards, VBA, macros, advanced formulas, automation, business analysis, web research, lead generation, or manual data entry from PDFs or images.
