FAQ
What information do you need to get started?
I need the URL of your application, login credentials or test account access, and a list of the screens or flows you want tested. If you have existing test cases or a test plan, share those too. If not, I will write the test cases as part of the project. I always review the scope before we begin.
Do you do automated testing?
No. My service is manual QA testing, which means a human tester executes every test case by hand. Manual testing is more effective than automation for finding UI issues, inconsistent behaviour, and edge cases that automated scripts typically miss. If you need automated test scripts I do not offer it
What format will the deliverables be in?
By default I deliver bug reports and test case documents in Excel and Word. I can also deliver in PDF, Notion, or log everything directly into your Jira or ClickUp board. Just let me know your preferred tool when you place the order and I will work in your environment.
Can you test mobile apps?
Yes. I test mobile-responsive web applications on iOS and Android using real devices and BrowserStack. I can cover Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android, and all major screen sizes. If you have a native iOS or Android app, message me first to confirm compatibility before ordering.
What types of applications do you test?
I have tested fintech platforms, SaaS tools, e-commerce stores, marketplace apps, B2B web portals, and customer-facing dashboards. I am comfortable with complex multi-role applications, checkout and payment flows, authentication systems, admin panels, and reporting modules.
What happens if new bugs are found after delivery?
If your developers fix the reported bugs and you need a retest to confirm the fixes, that is a separate retest engagement. I offer retest packages at a reduced rate. New bugs found on a different feature set after the original delivery are also scoped separately. Everything is agreed in advance.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. If your project requires a non-disclosure agreement before I access your application, I am happy to sign one. Send the document through Fiverr messages before we begin and I will review and sign it. Confidentiality is standard practice in my QA work.
