I'll connect to your computer using the free program TeamViewer. Once I'm connected, I'll look at things like temperatures, viruses, and anything else I think we can do to help your PC run as efficiently as possible.

Depending on the package, I will optimize your Windows, clean all temporary files, remove bloatware, completely remove input delay, reduce your ping, overclock your entire system, and configure your game if necessary.
