Shopify and Odoo ERP Sync With Stripe

An e-commerce business was running their storefront on Shopify and processing payments through Stripe, but none of that data was reaching their back-office operations in Odoo. Inventory counts were wrong, orders had to be manually entered, and their accountant was working from exported CSVs every month. I built a full integration between Shopify, Stripe, and Odoo ERP. Orders placed on Shopify were automatically created in Odoo with the correct product lines and customer records. Inventory levels in Odoo updated in real time when orders were fulfilled, and Stripe payment records were mapped to Odoo invoices so the accounting side stayed accurate without manual reconciliation. I also configured WooCommerce compatibility for a secondary sales channel they were planning to launch, so the integration was built to scale rather than just solve the immediate problem. The tools used included Odoo Inventory, Odoo Accounting, Odoo Sales, the Shopify connector module, Stripe webhook configuration, and Make.com for custom sync logic between platforms. QuickBooks to Odoo Migration and Accounting Workflow Automation
