My client asked me to take full responsibility for their eBay store with complete A-to-Z account management. Their main goal was to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a strong seller rating. At the start, the client was very worried because negative feedback had damaged their account health, and sales were almost nonexistent. The challenges included poor listing visibility, slow order processing, and performance issues. I began by removing the negative feedback and restoring the account’s health, which immediately gave the client confidence. From there, I conducted profitable product research, created optimized listings, streamlined order processing, and managed cases with empathetic customer support. By proactively solving issues and keeping communication clear, I helped the client achieve consistent sales growth and long-term stability for their eBay business.
