A sportswear startup, Pactive Wears, contacted me to develop a complete collection of production-ready tech packs for a ladies' sports bra, performance tights, and athletic jacket. Their goal was to launch a functional activewear line that combined comfort, durability, and modern aesthetics while ensuring manufacturers had clear technical documentation. I collaborated closely with the client to transform their concepts into detailed technical drawings and manufacturing specifications. Throughout the project, I addressed challenges such as maintaining consistent measurements across the collection, accurately documenting construction details, and specifying performance fabrics and trims suitable for activewear production. By creating comprehensive tech packs with garment measurements, stitch details, bill of materials (BOM), branding placement, colorways, and sewing instructions, I minimized production ambiguity and reduced the likelihood of costly sampling revisions. The final deliverables enabled the client to communicate effectively with their manufacturer, accelerate sample development, and move confidently toward production. This project strengthened my expertise in activewear technical design and reinforced my ability to create factory-ready documentation that meets industry standards.
