Built the pipeline: Gmail Trigger → AI classification (Chain of Thought) → Google Sheets → Slack notify. SLA Watcher checks every 5 min, escalates through 3 levels. Added a conversational AI agent for on-demand analytics reports.
Results: first-response time cut to under 1 minute, zero LLM cost (Groq/Llama), 11 tickets classified automatically.
