It was great to work with Mariam, she got my files ready and to the standards required for both Ingram and KDP. As a first time self published author I didn't have the files correctly produced, and Mariam was able to get them to the require levels. She turned them around very quickly, and made the book so much better.

The freelancer did not understand my revision requests and did not have a response for a couple of my requests. They just kept sending me the same file 3 times with no change or revision, that I noticed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of work which Mariam delivered within the agreed upon time frame. Also she was very responsive to my request for changes once the first draft of the document delivered.

It has been great working with Mariam. When I approached her, my existing files needed a bit of work to look professional, and she took the project on and got to work. This task required explaining a lot of details for edits, and she was able to grasp them, and deliver precisely.
