Founded and run gotadecants.uy, an online fragrance retailer shipping nationwide across Uruguay. Built and maintain the storefront myself: product catalog, ordering flow, and payment through Mercado Pago and bank transfer, with a 48-hour dispatch commitment. Beyond development, I handle the operation end to end: product copywriting, catalog management, marketplace listings, customer communication and fulfillment. Running my own store means I build ecommerce for clients from the operator's side of it, not just the developer's.

Built rehabilitame.com.uy, the platform for a rehabilitation technology project combining physical therapy with interactive games. The public site presents the two rehabilitation devices developed by the team, explaining how game-based therapy improves patient engagement and adherence. Behind a private staff login, clinicians access a dashboard showing patient progress in real time as therapy sessions happen: session data streams from the devices to the interface, so staff can track recovery without waiting for manual reports. Delivered with mobile-first design and a role-separated access model keeping patient data restricted to authorized staff.

Designed and built tutienda.uy end to end as the sole developer: a custom ecommerce platform on Next.js and Supabase. Storefront with per-variant inventory (size, color, stock), faceted filters, search, wishlist, and checkout with multiple payment methods, coupons, bundles and flash sales. Custom admin panel built from scratch: products and categories with dynamic per-category attributes, orders in Kanban and list views, financial reporting, supply inventory, and a homepage CMS the owner uses to restructure the site without a developer. Also delivered an AI sales assistant connected to the live catalog with human handoff, automated order notifications, technical SEO, mobile optimization, and a security audit covering row-level database policies, server-side checkout validation and XSS protection.
