Hi, I'm Marissa, a certified personal trainer, pro athlete, and national team captain, but honestly, the thing I care most about is making sure fitness works for you, not the other way around
I see people who want to feel better, try hard, get burnt out, and blamed themselves. That's not a you problem, that's a program issue
My sessions are live, online, and 100% built around you. We talk, we laugh, we celebrate small wins (because they matter). I'll use what you actually enjoy so your workouts aren't a chore. And if life gets messy, it always does, we adapt
You just need the right support.
