I have worked extensively on robotic systems for machine tending, welding, material handling, and high-speed assembly applications such as dispenser pumps and fixed contact units. I also bring strong knowledge of key automation components, including pneumatic systems (cylinders, valves, grippers, boosters, and mini slides), robotic arms from leading brands like Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, Mitsubishi, Epson, Omron, and Universal Robots material handling systems like conveyors, rotary and linear indexers, and gantry systems.

My services include custom machine design (SPM), concept development and RFQ support, industrial layout design and 2D AutoCAD drawings, cycle time analysis, BOM preparation, and cost estimation with feasibility studies.
