Was trusted 406,440$ per month and generated 1667 leads per month via paid traffic: Facebook(Meta), Google Kvarta Corp: Startup in Phillippines: Was trusted over 600,000$ and generated from 0 to 18,444+ target leads via paid traffic: Facebook(Meta), Google, Tiktok, Twitter, Reddit, Taboola, Classifieds. •Raised the number of target leads from 0 to 704 per month (selling product) •Lowered the initial CPL from 561$ to 40$(-1402%) via analytics, budget redistribution to lucrative channels, and constant improvement of ads (selling product) •Increased the number of applications from 0 to 2599 a month (buyout product) through competent ad launch, regular analytics of traffics data, tested new hypotheses with audience, texts, ad types, and improvement of sales team processes. •The successful increase in the buyout of condos augmented the condo portfolio from 0 to 55 condos in the catalog.
