Doing cash stuffing with a notebook and a calculator every payday? Let me build the spreadsheet for you.
You tell me your paychecks and envelopes, and you get a Google Sheets or Excel file set up with your own numbers:
- Envelopes with plan per payday, cash stuffed, spent and cash left
- A status for each envelope: OK, Low or Empty
- Sinking funds with a goal, a progress bar and the amount per paycheck
- The exact bills to ask the bank for each payday (100s, 50s, 20s and so on)
- A spending log that takes each purchase off the right envelope
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly paydays. Any currency, with your own bill sizes.
Every file is tested before delivery, and you can keep using it all year: add a purchase and the totals update.

Google Sheets or Excel?
Both. You get an .xlsx file that opens in Excel and imports into Google Sheets with every formula working.
My currency has different bills. Will it work?
Yes. The bill sizes are editable, so it works with euros, pounds, dollars and other currencies.
Can I change envelopes later?
Yes. Rename, add or remove envelopes and every total updates by itself.
