For four years, I worked as a contracted CRM Workflow Strategist for multiple mid-to-large digital marketing and creative agencies across the USA, UK, Canada, and UAE. In this role, I was brought in specifically to audit existing CRM setups, identify inefficiencies, and redesign the entire workflow infrastructure using Notion. I collaborated directly with sales directors, operations managers, and marketing leads to deeply understand how each agency managed their client lifecycle — from first contact to project delivery and post-project follow-up. I rebuilt CRM pipelines from the ground up, creating custom Notion databases that tracked every stage of the client journey with full visibility across departments. I designed automated client onboarding systems that triggered task assignments, document requests, and welcome sequences the moment a new deal was closed. I built revenue dashboards that gave agency owners a real-time view of their monthly recurring revenue, outstanding invoices, and projected pipeline value — all inside Notion without the need for expensive third-party CRM software. One of my most significant achievements during this period was helping a 40-person digital agency reduce their client onboarding time from 2 weeks down to 3 days by redesigning their entire intake and project kickoff workflow inside Notion. I also integrated Notion with tools like Make.com, Calendly, and Typeform to create seamless automated data flows that eliminated the need for manual data transfers between platforms. My work directly contributed to improved client satisfaction scores, faster project delivery timelines, and more predictable revenue tracking across all agency accounts.
