1. What does the monthly process look like?
Answer: Once we get you set up, 1. Send me PDF bank statements with beginning and ending balances on them by the 5th of every month 2. I will have your account closed out and ready for your review by the 20th of every month (this includes all data entry done, reconciliation done and financial report
2.What information do you need start the bookkeeping and accounting?
Answer: I need a complete bank statement for the period income and expenses are included, the bills and invoices, and all salary statements. For QuickBooks and Xero, I need the login information, or you can add me as an accountant by my email address.
3.How you will give me access in your QuickBooks online accounts?
Answer: Log into your QuickBooks online account. Then click on the Gear Icon > Manage Users. You will choose "Add User" and will need to send the request to my email.
Are you available for monthly and long term basis or long term?
Answer: Of course, I am available for monthly and long-term bookkeeping as per your needs.
