I have been working with Bas Michel Real Estate Media for the past 7 months, providing consistent support in real estate photo editing and floor plan design. My work includes professional real estate image editing such as HDR blending, color correction, exposure balancing, sky replacement, and object removal to ensure high-quality, visually appealing property images. I also create accurate and clean 2D and 3D floor plans using Floorplanner, helping to improve property presentation and client understanding. Since the beginning of our collaboration, I have maintained fast turnaround times and consistent quality across all projects. My focus on detail and reliability has helped streamline the client’s workflow and ensure timely delivery for their business needs. Currently, the client provides around 30 projects per month, reflecting a stable and ongoing working relationship. My contribution has helped maintain high standards in visual content, which is essential for attracting buyers and improving listing performance. In addition, I create accurate and visually appealing 2D and 3D floor plans using Floorplanner, helping clients present properties more effectively. Since the beginning of this collaboration, I have consistently maintained quality, fast turnaround, and attention to detail. My work has contributed to improving the visual presentation of property listings, making them more attractive to potential buyers and increasing engagement. Through this partnership, the company has grown significantly and is now capable of handling around 1,000 projects per year. I have been a dedicated part of this journey, supporting their workflow and ensuring consistent delivery across all projects. I am also preparing to expand my services by providing real estate video editing support in the near future, aiming to deliver a complete media solution for property marketing.
