Working within the fast-paced founding team of Clixzy Media, I operated as a multidisciplinary lead, managing the end-to-end creative pipeline for a diverse portfolio of clients. In a startup environment where agility was the primary driver of success, I was responsible for bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution. Core Responsibilities & Expertise: Full-Scale Video Production: Managed the entire post-production workflow, from initial data curation and assembly to advanced motion graphics and cinematic color grading. Visual Identity & Design: Developed high-conversion YouTube thumbnails, promotional posters, and brand assets, ensuring a cohesive visual language across all platforms. Content Strategy & Management: Handled multi-platform social media management, tailoring content formats to maximize engagement and reach for various client niches. Hybrid Media Knowledge: Leveraged a 360-degree understanding of media—integrating cinematography techniques with photography and graphic design to create unified, high-impact campaigns. The Result: This role allowed me to move beyond the boundaries of a traditional editor. I developed a "Full-Stack" creative mindset, learning how to engineer content that isn't just visually stunning, but strategically optimized for growth.
