The question is, who aren't? Goal.com, American Express, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, Domino's Pizza are just a few of the brands who are using ChatBots on Messenger.
What can be the uses of a chatbot?
Let's see this by examples. Domino's bot takes your orders, the Goal bot named Robot Carlos keeps you synced with the news and scores of your favourite club. The CNN, BBC bots gives you news directly in your messenger and so on. The possibilities are endless.
I have a very specialized custom requirement. Can you do it? Will it be under the premium plan?
