Provide a list of due dates for certain items such as when details, rooming lists and invoices are due. Enter all details into a banquet event order utilizing Salesforce and send to client for review and signatures. Create to-scale layouts when needed or requested by client. Present information about group to management team including what they do, rooming and stay information and banquet information. Pull estimated charges for clients event and ensure it is paid on time/the date agreed upon in their contract. Ensure client is meeting their contracted food and beverage minimum and rooming requirements, coming up with solutions to meet this if not meeting at the time. Check banquet checks for accuracy, provide client with final invoice with any remaining charges after their event and ensure it is paid on time/the date on the final invoice
