Job Title: Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator. * Coordinated daily logistics and supply chain operations for multiple clients. * Prepared daily reports on delivered and undelivered products from the software system. *Matched market demand with current stock levels and created vehicle loading schedules accordingly. *Notified the production team via email about stock shortages and informed them about the day's delivery plan. * Ensured sufficient vehicle availability for all loads and arranged additional vehicles from the market when needed. * Resolved any issues at the loading point immediately to avoid delays. Entered all challan details into the software after loading was completed. Monitored vehicles during transit and reported any unloading delays at dealer points to the Zonal or Area Manager. Prepared zone-wise reports showing how many vehicles and how many tons of products were loaded each day. Created complete financial reports including number of market vehicles arranged, total tonnage delivered, and total value of products. Ensured every vehicle was loaded according to its registered capacity and monitored bridge scale weights to prevent overloading. Inspected all returned products from the market and documented the reasons for return. Prepared a final factory output report showing total products dispatched by product type at the end of each day. Maintained 100% accuracy in data entry and reporting. Delivered all reports on time. Provided virtual assistant support for supply chain documentation and communication.
