In construction, a takeoff is a process that contractors use to figure out the exact quantity of materials needed for a specific project. Also known as a material takeoff or a quantity takeoff, construction takeoff is an important step in producing an accurate estimate of a project's cost.
Can I order a single-trade takeoff package for any CSI trade?
Yeah, Of course, you can tell me what's your scope for the reference project and we can discuss the price and turnaround according to project complexity.
What do you need to get started?
I need the pdf drawings and your scope for the project. Like you need complete takeoff or any single trade takeoff.

MEP means Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing work.
What is mean by GC estimate?
GC estimate means to cover everything that is needed for construction. But it doesn't include MEP.
