How will you access my Home Assistant server remotely?
Yes, I will need secure remote access to your instance. You can provide this via Home Assistant Cloud (Nabu Casa), by setting up a VPN (like Tailscale), using AnyDesk/TeamViewer on a local PC, or via Port Forwarding (DuckDNS/Nginx) if you already have it configured.
What communication protocols do you work with?
I work with any protocol supported by Home Assistant, including Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Matter, and Thread, as well as direct integrations for solar inverters (e.g., Huawei) and IP cameras.
Can you provide the hardware for my setup?
Yes! Base packages are for remote config, and Premium covers full server setup. If you need physical hardware, you can select our Gig Extras during checkout to buy a ready-to-use Raspberry Pi 5 Server or an ESP32 Bluetooth Proxy configured and shipped directly to you.
