Hi, my name is Isaac. I have been a personal trainer and online coach since 2018. I am also a national-level bodybuilder and have a diploma in Personal Fitness Training from Mount Royal University in Calgary. I have a passion for health and fitness and helping people become the best version of themselves, as I have helped over 100 clients since 2018. I also do Fitness Modeling and offer virtual and in-person training as well as online coaching.
